Stethen Smith Construction wrapped up 2007 along with three great projects.
After a strong year, 2007 came to a close with a bang. Walgreens projects in Dunlap, TN & Maryville, TN are winding down and we are very proud of both projects. With the surrounding mountains, Dunlap is a very impressive store. Setting a new Stethen Smith record, the Maryville project was finished in 4.5 months, with a minimal punchlist.
Along with the Walgreens projects, we have also recently wrapped up a 10 million dollar expansion for First Baptist Lenoir City. Working with Community Tectonics, this project flowed very well and will prove to be a keystone project for our company.
Looking forward to 2008, we will soon begin a Walgreens in Dalton, GA; a expansion for Dixie Lee Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN; a Walgreens in Livingston, TN; and a Subway Restaurant in Livingston, TN. |

| This month we have began construction on two Walgreens projects. The first project is in Maryville, TN. The second project is in Dunlap, TN. We look forward to working with Walgreens on these projects. |

| Stethen Smith has proudly completed its project at Central Baptist of Bearden. The project was comprised of remodeling the church sanctuary. The design & the craftmanship made for a impressive final product. |
